Ingredients

  • 6 soft corn tortillas
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • Optional seasonings (e.g., 1/4 tsp chili powder or garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. Cut the tortillas into quarters to create triangle-shaped chips.
  2. Toss the tortilla triangles with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle on coarse sea salt and optional seasonings, and mix well.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  5. Place a single layer of seasoned tortilla triangles in the air fryer basket and cook for 7-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Remove when golden brown and crispy, and let cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

To keep chips fresh, store in an airtight container at room temperature. You can crisp them up again in the air fryer if they lose crunch.
