Instructions
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasonings in a bowl to form meatballs.
- Sauté onions in olive oil until golden and fragrant.
- Place meatballs and sautéed onions in the crockpot.
- Pour beef broth over meatballs and cover.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours, until meatballs are fully cooked.
