- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- Juice of 1 lime
- Tortillas
- Toppings: diced avocado, fresh cilantro, sour cream, salsa
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Slice the bell peppers and onion.
- Place chicken at the bottom of the Crockpot and layer the veggies on top.
- Add lime juice.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken and serve in warm tortillas with desired toppings.
