Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Crockpot Chicken Fajitas with tender chicken, vibrant bell peppers, and zesty seasoning.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Tortillas
  • Toppings: diced avocado, fresh cilantro, sour cream, salsa

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Slice the bell peppers and onion.
  3. Place chicken at the bottom of the Crockpot and layer the veggies on top.
  4. Add lime juice.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred chicken and serve in warm tortillas with desired toppings.

Notes
