  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) canned green beans, drained
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare your workspace.
  2. Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix stuffing mix with chicken broth and sour cream until moist.
  5. Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes. In the last hour, add green beans on top without stirring.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
