- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) canned green beans, drained
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and prepare your workspace.
- Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix stuffing mix with chicken broth and sour cream until moist.
- Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes. In the last hour, add green beans on top without stirring.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
