Description

Quick and easy crispy onion chips perfect for snacking; made with just two ingredients!


Ingredients

  • 2 large yellow or sweet onions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the onions into super-thin rings.
  3. Toss the onion rings in a bowl with olive oil until well-coated.
  4. Spread the onion rings in a single layer on a baking tray.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking after 15 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  6. Season with salt while still hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding smoked paprika or black pepper before baking. Use a mandoline for even slicing.
