Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
- 1/4 cup sugar (white or coconut)
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk (any type)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
- Powdered sugar for glaze
- Splash of milk for glaze
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine warm milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and allow the dough to rest for a few minutes.
- Shape the dough into donuts and place them in the air fryer basket with space in between each.
- Air fry until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with a splash of milk until smooth and drizzle over cooled donuts.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container. For best taste, glaze donuts just before serving.
