Instructions

  1. Trim and prepare the chicken wings.
  2. In a bowl, mix allspice, thyme, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Coat the wings in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. For grilling, preheat the grill to medium heat. Cook the wings over direct heat for about 20 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  5. For baking, preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake wings for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Let wings rest for 5 minutes before serving.
