- 2 pounds fresh chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons allspice
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Trim and prepare the chicken wings.
- In a bowl, mix allspice, thyme, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Coat the wings in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- For grilling, preheat the grill to medium heat. Cook the wings over direct heat for about 20 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- For baking, preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake wings for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Let wings rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese sauce and fresh veggies.
Notes
For a spicier twist, add fresh mango puree to the marinade. Ensure all spices are gluten-free for dietary concerns.
