Ingredients
Scale
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying (about 1 cup)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into uniform strips.
- Set up a breading station: In one bowl, whisk the eggs; in the second, mix flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; and in the third, place the panko breadcrumbs.
