Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg (mixed with a splash of water for sealing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
  2. In a bowl, combine crab meat, bell peppers, green onions, garlic, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
