- 12 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Cocoa powder, for rolling
- Crushed nuts or coconut flakes, optional for rolling
Instructions
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until just about to simmer.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped white chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
- Stir the mixture until smooth and combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until firm, about 1-2 hours.
- Once firm, use a cookie scoop to scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or your choice of coatings.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality white chocolate. Chill thoroughly to make rolling easier.
