Description

A light and creamy guilt-free dessert made with Greek yogurt, perfect for a quick treat or party dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of fine salt
  • 12 tablespoons cold heavy cream or mascarpone (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill a metal bowl and beaters for 10–15 minutes.
  2. In the chilled bowl, whip the Greek yogurt on medium-high for 2–3 minutes until light and airy.
  3. Fold in sweetener, vanilla extract, salt, and optional cold cream or mascarpone gently.
  4. Spoon into serving dishes and add toppings as desired.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat or 2% Greek yogurt. To stabilize, whisk in gelatin if desired. Store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
