Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

- Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the salmon to the skillet, allowing it to soak in the flavors for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve topped with creamy spinach and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
