Description

A comforting and elegant dish featuring tender salmon fillets in a luscious, garlicky spinach cream sauce, ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon fillets on each side until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Return the salmon to the skillet, allowing it to soak in the flavors for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve topped with creamy spinach and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
