Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked rotini to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve the creamy pasta topped with sliced Cajun chicken and garnish with parsley, if desired.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add more heavy cream or Parmesan cheese. Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
