- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the chicken cubes until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until combined.

Notes
For a lighter sauce, substitute some heavy cream with low-fat milk. Don’t overcrowd the pan when cooking chicken to ensure even browning.
