- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
- Add the cooked linguine to the sauce, mixing until well coated.
- Serve the spaghetti topped with sliced chicken and optionally garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the garlic to avoid bitterness. For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken beforehand.
