Description

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese and cream cheese.
  2. Add olive oil and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually add lemon juice to taste, blending until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, if needed.
