- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 big can of cream of chicken
- 1 can of cream of mushroom with roasted garlic
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 16oz block of Velveeta, cubed
- 1 can of mild Rotel, undrained
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Noodles (cooked)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Garlic salt to taste
- Onion powder to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, cream cheese, Velveeta, Rotel, chicken broth, butter, and chopped green onions.
- Cook on high for 120 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- Once the sauce is ready, add the cooked noodles to the crockpot and mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add more seasonings. You can use spicier Rotel for heat and any type of pasta you prefer.
