Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 big can of cream of chicken
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom with roasted garlic
  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 1 16oz block of Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 can of mild Rotel, undrained
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Noodles (cooked)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, cream cheese, Velveeta, Rotel, chicken broth, butter, and chopped green onions.
  2. Cook on high for 120 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Once the sauce is ready, add the cooked noodles to the crockpot and mix well.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to taste.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add more seasonings. You can use spicier Rotel for heat and any type of pasta you prefer.
