Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Slowly add the heavy cream to the skillet, whisking continuously to form a smooth sauce.
- Gradually incorporate the crab meat and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the mixture is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
