Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until fragrant and soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, broth, and heavy cream.
