- 12 lasagna noodles
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shredded chicken and mix well.
- Start assembling the lasagna by layering a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half the chicken mixture, half the spinach, and one-third of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layers, ending with a final layer of noodles, Alfredo sauce, and cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
For added flavor, consider incorporating fresh herbs like basil or oregano into the Alfredo sauce.
