Instructions
- Cube the cake into 1/2-inch pieces and soak lightly with orange juice or syrup.
- Macerate berries with sugar and lemon juice for 10-15 minutes.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and fold in mascarpone or cream cheese to make custard.
- Layer cake, macerated fruit, and cream in small glasses, and chill to set.
- Finish with fresh berries and grated chocolate before serving.
Notes
