- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 package (9 ounces) cheese tortellini
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken and spinach to the skillet, stirring until the spinach wilts.
- Pour in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy your creamy chicken tortellini.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream or substitute cheese tortellini with whole wheat or gluten-free tortellini.
