Description

A creamy and tangy cheese dip that pairs perfectly with pretzels, easy to make and a crowd favorite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • (optional) Chopped green onions or crumbled bacon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Beat the mixture until smooth and fluffy, adding more milk if needed for desired consistency.
  3. If desired, stir in chopped green onions or crumbled bacon.
  4. Serve with pretzels or your choice of dippers.

Notes

For a spicy version, add buffalo sauce or diced jalapeños. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to a week.
