- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- (optional) Chopped green onions or crumbled bacon for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the mixture until smooth and fluffy, adding more milk if needed for desired consistency.
- If desired, stir in chopped green onions or crumbled bacon.
- Serve with pretzels or your choice of dippers.
Notes
For a spicy version, add buffalo sauce or diced jalapeños. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to a week.
