- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb beef strips
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1–2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add beef strips and cook until browned.
- Pour in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, stir to combine.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning. You can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.
