Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, and add to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  5. Reduce the heat and add Velveeta cheese and cream (or milk) to the skillet, stirring until smooth.
  6. Fold in the cooked tortellini until well-coated with the sauce.
