- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in shredded mozzarella until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat. Add sliced chicken on top.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Make sure not to overcook the pasta; it should be al dente for the best texture. You can adjust the Cajun seasoning to fit your taste. Consider adding vegetables such as spinach, tomatoes, or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
