Description

A comforting dish that combines the rich flavor of butter and creamy heavy cream with tender cauliflower, perfect as a side or light main course.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets (bite-sized)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the cauliflower into even, bite-sized florets.
  2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the pan, stirring to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5-8 minutes until tender.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

Notes

Cut cauliflower into uniform pieces for even cooking. Adjust cream for desired sauce thickness. Add red pepper flakes for heat if desired.
