- 2 bags frozen corn (32 ounces total)
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss all the frozen corn into the crock pot.
- Slice or add the cream cheese on top.
- Add the stick of butter without chopping.
- Add milk, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover and set to low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- After cooking, stir well and taste, adjusting salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve hot with a spoon.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider stirring in green chilies or jalapeños before cooking. You can also add crumbled bacon or shredded cheese in the last hour of cooking.
