A delightful slushy drink combining fruity orange and creamy yogurt, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 400 ml orange juice, divided
  • 340 g vanilla bean yogurt (plain or Greek)
  • 15 ml honey

Instructions

  1. Pour 330 ml of orange juice into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid, about 3 hours.
  2. Transfer the frozen orange juice cubes to a blender.
  3. Add the remaining 70 ml orange juice, vanilla bean yogurt, and honey.
  4. Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth.
  5. Pour the slushy into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For an adult version, add a splash of vodka or rum before blending. Use freshly squeezed orange juice for best flavor.
