- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and celery until soft, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed veggies, cranberries, breadcrumbs, eggs, thyme, and sage. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small balls using about two tablespoons per ball and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let the turkey stuffing balls cool slightly before serving them warm.
Notes
These stuffing balls can be served as an appetizer or side dish. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
