- 1/4 cup honey
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tbsp water
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cook the cranberries with water, minced jalapeño, and salt over medium heat until most berries pop, about 8–10 minutes.
- Sweeten the mixture with honey and cool slightly.
- Whip the cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the cranberry-jalapeño mixture.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
Notes
