Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt.
- Add melted butter and vanilla, and mix until crumbly.
- Press half the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, combine fresh cranberries and granulated sugar, then spread over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the cranberries.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour. Ensure cooling completely to cut cleanly.
