- 8 oz brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (smooth)
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into 4-inch squares.
- Place a piece of brie and a tablespoon of cranberry sauce on each square. Fold the corners over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
- Whisk the egg with a splash of water, then brush it over each pastry bomb.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.

Serve warm for best flavor and consider adding fresh herbs or extra cranberry sauce for dipping.
