Delicious puff pastry bites filled with gooey brie cheese and sweet cranberry sauce, perfect for parties or as appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (smooth)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into 4-inch squares.
  3. Place a piece of brie and a tablespoon of cranberry sauce on each square. Fold the corners over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  4. Whisk the egg with a splash of water, then brush it over each pastry bomb.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
