- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped

- 1/2 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, milk, orange juice, and zest.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use almond milk instead of regular milk and coconut oil in place of butter.
