Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (sage or thyme)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and celery until softened (about 5 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, dried cranberries, breadcrumbs, eggs, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
  4. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving.
