- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, Jiffy muffin mix, sour cream, shredded cheese, eggs, and melted butter; mix until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
