Ingredients

- 4 cups Chicken Broth (or vegetable broth)
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic (fresh preferred)
- 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil (or olive oil)
- 12 pieces Frozen Wontons
- 2 scallions, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pot and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the frozen wontons and cook according to the package instructions (usually around 5-7 minutes) until they float to the top.
- Stir in the soy sauce and let it simmer for another minute.
- Remove the pot from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
For added flavor, top with chili flakes or fresh herbs. Serve with a side of rice for a complete meal.
