Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cottage cheese per wrap
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
- 8–10” tortillas
- Fillings: greens, crunchy vegetables, cooked protein
Instructions
- Season cottage cheese with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and herbs.
- Layer the spread on a warmed tortilla.
- Add desired fillings and fold the tortilla tightly.
- Toast in a preheated skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side, or bake at 350°F for 6–8 minutes.
Notes
For a smoother spread, pulse cottage cheese in a blender. Warm tortillas to prevent cracking. Use moist fillings wisely to avoid sogginess.
