Instructions
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth but slightly chunky.
 - In a separate bowl or blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, vanilla extract, honey, and salt; blend until smooth and creamy.
 - Gently fold the banana mash into the cottage cheese mixture.
 - Add cinnamon, nutmeg, or any chosen variations, and stir lightly.
 - Place the pudding in serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
