Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth but slightly chunky.
  2. In a separate bowl or blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, vanilla extract, honey, and salt; blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the banana mash into the cottage cheese mixture.
  4. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, or any chosen variations, and stir lightly.
