- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) cream corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the drained corn, cream corn, sour cream, shredded cheese, melted butter, cornmeal, sugar, and eggs until combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the mixture into a greased deep baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a twist, try experimenting with different cheeses or adding jalapeños for a spicy kick.
