Ingredients

  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 6 cups broth (vegetable, chicken, or beef)
  • 4 cups kale, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the sausage until cooked through and golden.
  2. Add the diced onions, carrots, and celery, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the diced potatoes, beans, broth, and chopped kale to the pot.
