Ingredients

- 2 cups Broccoli, fresh or frozen, steamed
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, freshly shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup (or substitute cream of chicken)
- 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the broccoli until bright green, but do not overcook.
- In a large bowl, mix together the steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, and cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the broccoli mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden and crispy.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole tastes even better the next day. Assemble a day ahead and add crackers right before baking to keep them crispy.
