- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Cilantro or Thai basil for garnish
- Jasmine rice or naan for serving
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces in lime juice, salt, and curry powder for at least 15-30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chicken until golden brown.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
