Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, beef broth, and cooked elbow macaroni.
- Let the mixture simmer for at least 10 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
For a creamy finish, cook the pasta together with the meat sauce. Adjust seasonings to taste.
