- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the croissant dough package instructions.
- Unroll the croissant dough and press the seams to seal.
- Roll out the dough slightly thinner if desired to create extra flaky layers.
- In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until combined.
- Cut the dough into triangles, roll them up from the wider end towards the tip and form into a muffin shape.
- Grease a muffin tin and place the cruffins in the cups.
- Bake in the oven for the recommended time, checking at 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and immediately roll each cruffin in the cinnamon sugar mix.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
