Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs in cold water, then simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Cool and peel the eggs, then halve them.
  3. Scoop the yolks into a bowl and mix with avocado, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pipe or spoon the avocado mixture back into egg whites, shaping it into a Christmas tree.
