- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Boil eggs in cold water, then simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool and peel the eggs, then halve them.
- Scoop the yolks into a bowl and mix with avocado, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon the avocado mixture back into egg whites, shaping it into a Christmas tree.
- Garnish with chopped herbs or spices.
Notes
For a spicier filling, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
