- 6 large eggs
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Cherry tomatoes, for decoration
- Chives, for decoration
Instructions
- Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, then cool them in an ice bath.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half, removing the yolks.
- Mash the yolks with ripe avocados, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Pipe the filling back into the egg whites using a star tip.
- Decorate with cherry tomatoes and chives to resemble Christmas trees.
Notes
Use ripe avocados for a smoother filling; store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
