Description

Delightful deviled eggs filled with creamy avocado, presented as festive Christmas trees for a fun holiday appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes, for decoration
  • Chives, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, then cool them in an ice bath.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half, removing the yolks.
  3. Mash the yolks with ripe avocados, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. Pipe the filling back into the egg whites using a star tip.
  5. Decorate with cherry tomatoes and chives to resemble Christmas trees.

Notes

Use ripe avocados for a smoother filling; store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
