Instructions
- Finely crumble the Christmas tree snack cakes in a bowl or food processor.
- Mix in the softened cream cheese or buttercream until the mixture holds together when pressed.
- Shape into small cones or balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the green candy melts to about 86–90°F.
- Dip each chilled truffle in the melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
- Let set at room temperature or chill briefly before serving.
