Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- In another bowl, whisk the buttermilk, sugar, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
- Gently combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, folding them together to maintain a light texture.
- Fold in the holiday sprinkles.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan and slicing.
