Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Whip egg whites in a clean bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in sugar and cornstarch to create a glossy meringue.
- Spread meringue onto a lined baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 1 hour.
- While cooling, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Prepare your fruit by washing and cutting as needed.
- Once the meringue has cooled, layer in a glass dish: start with meringue, then cream, followed by fruit. Repeat layering until ingredients are used up.
- Garnish with mint leaves or edible flowers and serve immediately.
